SYNOPSIS

Cuando el Dr. Peter Morgan (Sutherland) comienza su período de prácticas en un hospital de la Administración de Veteranos, su único deseo es conseguir su título y acabar regentando una lucrativa consulta.

En lugar de eso, se ve enfrentado a un extraño laberinto burocrático donde la salud de los pacientes queda supeditada a todo tipo de consideraciones administrativas y políticas.
